UN CONSULTATIVE STATUS ENTITLED TO PARTNERSHIP NETWORK INTERNATIONAL - PNI
PNI'S PRESIDENT STATMENT

As the President of Partnership Network International (PNI), I draw the attention to the on-going human rights denial by the UN ECOSOC Administration of the general principles of international law on which the UN is founded and in contradiction with the Resolution 1996/31 of the ECOSOC.
The legal and legitimate UN ECOSOC Status question of Partnership Network International has not been settled.
Partnership Network International was granted with ECOSOC STATUS on April 2017 and was immediately victims of a parallel/ doublon NGO dissolved on September 1, 2017 that has never requested or received special ECOSOC consultative status.

As usual, and despite our new July 29th and August 12th 2020 communications, the UN ECOSOC Secretariat has ignored our evidences, complaints, reports and requests.

Indeed, the Secretariat of the ECOSOC did not respond to our request to ask the UN ECOSOC Council to review the circumstances that led to the adoption of the unfounded withdrawal decision of April 17th 2018, upon discovering the fraud, to take appropriate action to correct the error and to rehabilitate UN consultative status benefits and privileges of relationship entitled to the granted Swiss NGO Partnership Network International (April 2017).

We contend that the adoption of UN ECOSOC Status withdrawal decision April 2018 is based on a fraudulent not truthful UN Non-Governmental Organizations Branch/ OESC/ DESA report and diversion of procedure and is therefore manifestly founded on error of law and error of assessment decision.

The UN Secretariat caused the United Nations to become complicit in the denial of excess of power, abuse of process and violation of legal and statutory provisions and the exclusion of the legal and legitimate PNI NGO granted with UN ECOSOC Status.

Also, as the legal Partnership Network International, we request the UN secretariat restoration of our legal rights and privileges of UN partner recognized by the ECOSOC Council of the UN April 27, 2017 because being the victim of a duplicate /parallel NGO having hacked our UN internet platform CSO.net is not a crime.

Despite this difficult situation, and since then,
PNI had the opportunity to participate in multiple international discussion and projects concerning our partners daily situation and to raise the voice of population they represent through UN mechanisms, collaboration and cooperation with UN agencies.

As you read this statement, we invite you to share it and thereby make these injustices heard. We also invite all of you to speak out, to stand up against injustice and to seek the truth...in every situation.
Thank you

If..." (UN) Intimidation and (UN) Reprisals affect not only the individuals and groups directly impacted, but are alarming also for the message they send to other actors and individuals, whether from government or civil society, who wish to engage with the United Nations and express their views freely.”

… even more so....for the sake of Justice and the present/future of Human rights, Peace and Development (the United Nations, the general principles of international law on which the UN is founded, Ethics & International Affairs).
